Kristin Crites (she/her/hers)

Director of Development

Kristin Crites joined Women Leaders in Sports in May 2022 as the Director of Development. Kristin will manage all fundraising campaigns, oversee the Development Committee, and develop and execute fundraising goals to support Women Leaders in Sports mission.

Prior to Women Leaders, Kristin was the Director of Athletics and Activities at the Ewing Marion Kauffman School. At the Kauffman School, Kristin founded the athletics program, and mentored and worked with coaches and students across multiple sports and disciplines. She believes a high achieving academic environment with an unwavering belief in every student’s success must include opportunities to be involved in athletics. 

Kristin graduated from Baker University with a Masters of Education and Bachelors of Science in K-12 Physical Education and Health. She was a collegiate student athlete and graduate assistant coach for the Baker women’s basketball team and has worked as an educator and mentor of student athletes her entire career.
