John Ludwig is an Executive Director and Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley where he helps clients define and pursue their financial goals. He has spent his entire career with the firm and its predecessors dating back to 1990. John focuses on building wealth management strategies for athletes, coaches, individuals, and families to help protect, grow, and transfer their wealth at both the collegiate and professional level. John is dedicated to understanding his clients’ values and goals and by focusing on what is most important to them, he can develop innovative strategies for education, retirement, philanthropy, estate, and business succession plans.

In 2020, John was named a Sports and Entertainment Director in Morgan Stanley Global Sports & Entertainment. This is a specialized group that was created to help address the unique wealth management needs of athletes, coaches, owners, directors, producers, writers, actors and their business advisors. In 2016, John was named to the list of The Financial Times’ “Top 400 Financial Advisors”. This is an annual award given to a select group of 400 industry individuals who have met the highest of industry standards including compliance records and experience. He has been named to Forbes Magazine's List of America's "Best-in-State Wealth Advisors" 2018-2023.

John graduated from The University of Iowa with a B.S. in Finance. He and his wife, Sandi, have 4 children, Riley, Hayden, Carson and Ella. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, road trips, skiing and playing catch.

Madison Osias is a Financial Advisor for The Chapline Ludwig Group at Morgan Stanley. Her approach to wealth management is premised on the notion of an all-embracing understanding of the lives of her clients. She firmly believes that their strategy should not only consider their financial pretensions but also incorporate the personal ambitions that remain a priority in their life. As a graduate of the University of Mississippi, Madi leverages her experience in the non-profit space to listen, empathize, and understand the challenges unique to her clients. Her disciplined approach to portfolio monitoring and communication enables her clients to not only stay up to date but remain involved in their success every step of the way. As a former D1 athlete and professional softball player, Madi channels her competitive spirit into championing diversity, equality, and inclusion. She works diligently to serve as a resource for women to help them navigate their multi-faceted and nuanced financial world through comprehensive strategies that allow them to prepare for the future with peace of mind.

Additionally, she has been named to Forbes Magazine's List of America's "Best-in-State Wealth Advisors" for 2022. Outside of the office, Madi is an active volunteer with WIN for KC and the Alzheimer's Association, the Head Softball Coach at Notre Dame de Sion High School, and a foster parent for The Animal Rescue Alliance. Passionate about traveling and experiencing new cultures, Madi maintains an active lifestyle coaching high school softball and cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels.
