Strong Squads
Join a Strong Squad! Get connected with a small group of attendees who will be your “squad” before, during, and after Convention. We’ll introduce you to your Strong Squad via email one week before the event and coordinate a meet-up. Joining a Strong Squad is optional at no additional cost, but you must sign up by Friday, September 12th.

First-Time Attendee Workshop
Suggested for new members and first-time Convention attendees to gain insights on how to utilize your member benefits and best navigate the Women Leaders Convention. Plus, make new connections within our powerful network!

Hosted in partnership with the NCAA, this event will include programming, a reception, and dinner on Tuesday night. Registration is open to current Division III athletic directors and commissioners only.

Unlocking Advancement
Part of the Roundtable Collective.
Engage in a roundtable discussion with an Industry Expert who will provide advice and answer general career questions. Experts will include search firm representatives, consultants, executive coaches, and sitting leaders.
No additional fee, but registration is required and there are limited spots available.
